Twice time Vishwas patil(I.p.s.-MAHARASHTRA) destroyed huge rave parties.Recent rave party which was held near Pune also destroyed by Maharashtra police.


Some good and positive points discussed with IBN LOKMAT by Vishwas Patil follows-

• . We are(police) not consider the youth as criminal arrested in proxy rave parties.
•  We consider youth as system "errors".
•  We consider the youth mentality specialy beetween 18 to 24 . 4.its a long chain of drug supplyers , we are able to arrest suplyers so youths are not the link of the chain they are the"custmors".
